Hi All,

Ive been lurking this forum (as well as the rest of the RC forum) for quite some time.

Figured now is as good a'time as any to introduce myself.

My name is Christian, I live in the Unity area, Lived here for a few years, previusly I lived in Michigan.

Ive been keeping fish sence 3rd grade....sooo...11 years.

Done everything from goldfish,to cichlids, piranah, stingray & arowana.

My new gig is reef, and Ive been at that for....a little over 2 years, I started with a 10G nano, and santa brought me a 55 for christmas :)

In reefing, softies are definatly my thing.

Anyways, just wanted to introduce myself :)

I sure dont. I had my rays when I lived in MI.

What kind of rays do you have? I had motoros.

Someday Id like to start another ray tank, Scobina & Leopoldi are the apples of my eye.,

Spent 2 weeks touring the UP. From Mackinaw to the Porcupines. Rode bikes from Copper Harbor and camped out on the tip of the Keweenaw pennisula. Never have I seen so many flies. The lake and tent provided to only refuge. At one point over 70% of my body was covered with the persistent buggers. Literally thousands of flies. It was a very good thing we had a small bottle of vodka along since we we in the tent by 7PM and stayed there for the night.

Haa, Yes the flys will DEFINATLY do you in.

If you went to copper harbor, you drove about 4 feet away from my old house.

Actually. How many years ago were you up there? I used to have a bait & tackle shop right off the side of the road, on Hwy 41.

Small world :)

I have 3 retics right now. I picked up an orbignyi but he isn't doing well, death curl :(
The store also has a nice castexi for sale if you're interested. Leo, henlei, and just about any ray from Brazil are scarse now. I guess there is a quota on rays coming out of that country.

Welcome MaineRain!

You are not too far away from our meet this weekend, maybe we will see you in Bangor?
