You can spend five times that on a special-shape, with stand and canopy, and lights, with iron-content super-clear thick glass plus piping for saltwater. But--it's a question of how much is in the package and what quality.

My advice to all new hobbyists is RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH!

Whether it is livestock, or equipment, spending a few hours to do research will absolutely save you money and frustration in the long-run.

I don't live in the US either, but I use the prices of US online retailer websites as a baseline when I go shopping at the LFS to make sure the prices are reasonable.
