I would contact the manager there and complain to them. Let them know that you are a member of ORCA, so they are aware that they are dealing with more than one upset customer. If it is a franchise, wich it most likely is, and they don't act like they care, call the coporate office. The corporate offices can and do controll every aspect of the franchise and thier bussiness practices. You may want to go armed with a list of local companies that do tank service, so that they can contact them for help if they do want to fix the problem.
