Thanks Wayne! Your build has sure taken some great strides lately with your stand all painted with the bottom all sealed up! Great job buddy! Great job!

I thank you, danfeig, david, dustin, and everyone else for advice and confidence boost. And I have hopefully more surprises to come.

Ok, I'll come clean... I had a small one in the 150 gallon frag tank. I then put him in the 360 gallon sump when I sold that system.

We went to feed him a few weeks ago (when I posted the pics of us feeding the brittle star) and he did not come out to feed. Well, he is now in the display tank.

In my son's words - the eel went through the intake strainer of the Hammerhead gold, "passed through the spinning wheel of death", shot out the sea swirls, and now is in one piece in the display tank!
:eek2::lmao::thumbsup:

Anyone else have one in their display? Should I fish him out? thoughts?

Classic. Hope there aren't any small fish or watch them disappear slowly. I did a ribbon eel in my tank before he went airborne HOOOOOAH. And yes I did stay in a Holiday Inn express.

Wayne, too funny bro!

I will post some pics of this little sucker in the reef later. He does look sweet in between the corals!

Should he stay or should he go? What's the feeling out there reef buddies?
