Anemone and 20W LED flood light

Will a rose tip anemone live off on a 20W LED, 6K light?
How should I place the anemone into the tank? Should I place it on sand bed and let it crawl up LR and to the light?

I have that light and tested against www.cadlights.com 6.5 watt unit with the 8 gallon mini. The 20 watt was nowhere near the brightness of the 6.5. My flood light model was an RGB unit though.

Besides the brightness, is a single 6000k the correct spectrum?
Do I need blue or violet to compliment that?
