Anemone and powerhead

My LTA got sucked up in my powerhead. I pulled him off and I think I tor him a little He also released some slime lookin stuff. I was just wondering if there is anything I should be concerned about. Water change?

When you pulled him off was the powerhead off?I would'nt do any thing that would stress him out to much more.Also what color was the slime?Keep the water params up.Also what are the params?Would you mind posting a pic?

yeah you should check your parameters and post a picture. I would leave your LTA alone and see how its recovering. For future reference I recommend that you turn the pump off and let the anemone work its way out on its own without any help.

I'd wait a day or so on the water change. Many times anemones will recover from being torn up by a powerhead. Running some carbon in a bag or reactor does tend to help them. Keep up the water parameters and hope for the best.
