Do you have a pic of it? What do you want for it? I am very intersted. Where abouts in LA as I am in OC.

My LTA doesn't move at all :)

You know LTAs need about 4" of sand, right? Help him bury his base/foot, he'll be a happy camper.

The say the same thing about Carpets, and LTA's, but there are tons that stay put on the rocks, or even on the glass. Dont need sand.

it looks more like the first pic..minus the purple color..mine has more of a green color..looks amazing under actnics...and the tenitacles arent as long...

OK, I'll concede that an LTA will live on rock or glass. However, the general consensus is that they'll live longer and move less if placed in sand.

Yea pretty hard to ID because there are ton of different color variations.

Tentacles get longer as they get bigger. Their tentacles become longer and more brittle looking if its a condylactis.

ok i found a pic i took when i first got it..the tank had a really bad nitrate problem back then...i mean as in off the charts...so it shrunk a bit....only has about half the number of the tentacles as in the piture..but is healthy now....and eating well..
