Anemone before or after?

Question, would it by any chance be better to have an anemone as the first "thing" in the tank as far as corals/inverts go so it could pick its spot or is there no real way to ensure it stays put(e.g. will adding corals make it move, I'm assuming yes...?)

I'd say yes. Once it has found its spot and remains there you could add corals. This is what I did with my first nem. It's also true that a change of flow or light later on may cause the nem to move especially a BTA.
 
Well if you add it it finds a spot and do nothing to the tank don't change lighting or flow then it shouldn't move I've only seen them move from the place they have chosen if I change something :)
