Anemone caught in power head :(

Yesterday when I came home I found my rbta by the power head. Luckily I have the foam cover at my mp10 and that's why it is not shredded by the power head. The power head is very powerful and it was sucked in the foam and I am not sure for how long. I turned off the mp10 and let it detach from the foam slowly, the foot is damage a little . Should I worry? Do I need to do a wc? Should I change new carbon?

I would do a water change and replace carbon as a precaution, though I wouldn't be too concerned. If it didn't get shredded or the foot damaged too badly it probably didn't release any nematocysts. I think the nem will be fine too. Just keep an eye on it.

It came a little white things out the foot , but not much , just a little

BTAs are very durable and as long there aren't a lot of white strands, it should heal. If it were another anemone, I would be concerned, as a ripped foot usually means death, though with BTAs I've seen a lot that were in really bad shape recover and thrive.

Ok thanks :)

The nem is looking like this now after 16 hours. Is that a bad sign?

I already have the foam cover , but still can damage a little. I don't mind they keep walking in the tank , but I really hate it when they keep floating in the tank. They are very beautiful , but keeping them is very frustrating.
