Anemone doesn't look good...

I have a long tentacle anemone, in my 90g tank. Previous to today everything was fine, I came home from work today and foud that it has positioned it's self between a rock and the back glass of my tank. It's foot was attached to the rock and it's mouth and tentacles were pressed up against the back glass. I left it there for a couple of hours than decided to move it. After I moved it and set it down it's tentacles had shrunk in diameter and length down to under half of the size they normally are. I'm hoping it's going to make it through. Was wondering if anyone has any input as to what I need to do, or should I just leave it alone and hope that it gets back to normal?

Thanks, Spencer

Well i had my LFS check my water params, they said everything looked great. I did not receive any numbers, next time i believe i will have them write it down. My light is a AquaticLife R7S HID, here is a link if you want to look at the specs. http://aquaticlife.com/products/264 I have had it for about a month and a half. I noticed this morning that it had moved its self to a different location, so apparently its not dead yet. Im kind of wondering why it would have put its self in that position.

Anemones will picj the spot they like in the tank, if it moves and attaches itself its best to not move it. Normally when anemones move alot they are looking for cleaner water. but since you said your water is great im guessing its a flow or light issue. Did you just replace the bulbs or add or take way a powerhead?

I have three power heads two are hydor 1400 and the other is a 1050 I think. The light fixture is brand new, it's only been running for about three weeks.
