How often should anemones be fed?

I don't feed mine directly, but indirectly they do get food twice a week. I feed my fish frozen food twice a week, and I always see food in the anemone's mouth.

Some people never spot feed at all, light is their main source of energy.
I do however feed a very small piece of scallop about every 3-4 weeks, and mine does pick up food at feedings.
My female will drag stuff she doesn't eat into her nem.

It also depends on whether you want your nem to grow or not. Some folks with big nems don't feed as much to slow down growth. Others who have smaller nems tend to feed more frequently and report quicker growth.

ok thank you. I have a pair of clowns in the tank but they have no interest in the nem.
