Anemone help

My anemone shrivels up a few times a day for the past few weeks and I'm starting to get worried. About a month or two ago he was doing fine and my clown was feeding him and sleeping in him till one day he moved like a half inch away from where he had been for the past almost year. Since then the clownfish won't feed or sleep in him and he shrivels up all the time and just never looks healthy. I try giving him some mysis when I feed but it doesn't seem to help. Also the clown has been digging holes near him and I think he may be getting sand in the anemone. The clown also "hides" mysis under a rock when I feed the tank... Very strange.. Please help, let me know any other info you need.

He def does not look healthy.

How long have you had him?
What lights is it sitting under?
Do you feed it? What and how often?
What is in the tank for flow?
How old is the tank?
alk? Po4? No3? Ca? Mg?

Give us more details.
 
I've had him almost as long as I've had the tank so almost a year.
It's sitting under a led, I'm not too happy with the lights, it has a lot of whites and can't dim, I'll add pics of the specs.
I feed it mysis once in a while I'd say 3-4 times a week.
It's a 75g with two power heads
Tank is about a year old
Water is good, I just double checked

around the time he started doing this, you didnt switch brand/model of salt did you? or same kind of salt but new bag/box/bucket?
 
I can't think of anything I changed recently.. I know the light is an issue but he's been fine up until now

YES!!!!

Im not sure why no one else has said this too. If the clown stopped feeding him he is not getting nutirents from anywhere now.

Feed him when he isnt swollen. Better yet, get and LED that is able to support corals.



EDIT: If its mouth is still closing tightly you have a chance here to turn things around and keep this guy alive and growing. But that thing is super bleached and losing color quickly from not having the proper lights.
 
This morning when I switched from blue to whites he was inflated and looking better so he's not to far gone. I also noticed when I leave the blinds open on a window near the tank he looks much better. He's been under this light for a long time though. I am looking for a light at the moment anyway.

I would leave the blinds open and whites on longer.
 
So I put new lights on, did a water change and he wasn't looking horrible, but still not good. I came home from work last night and my water was cloudy and there seemed to be a lot of stuff floating around and all of my corals where closed. The anemone was back to not looking very good, so I did a small water change until I noticed it looked like he was falling apart. So I pulled him and his rock out and put him in a small 2.5 gal tank. Now my next question is how do I save the rest of my tank. Also it seems my test kit is reading wrong because I was getting close to 0 nitrates but my LFS tested it when I got the water and nitrates are wayy up. HELP!!

Apreciate the help everyone, but unfortunately the anemone died and took most of my tank with it. I have 4 fish left and mabey a few mushrooms if they ever open back up. I did one major water change and tried to QT some corals, but nothing made it. Now my question is where do I go from here. Small water changes every few days? I also am interested in upgrading my system away from my canister filter, since my tank is not drilled do you guys recommend just restarting from scratch?

Carbon bag, changed every month.
No need to restart from scratch, but a brief recycle may happen as the tank self-adjusts. Mushrooms will live through it. And don't replace the anemone.
