anemone hiding from peppermint shrimp?

Hello, we have a small BTA in a nanotank....there has been a peppermint shrimp in the tank...and has been harassing the anemone. The anemone started to hang out in the upper right corner....now it went through the intake vent and is hiding in chamber one of the bio-cube. Could the anemone be there to get away from the peppermint shrimp?

Well I would say that the anemones got sucked in there.I would try and get him out fast like really fast!
