can i get an ID on these nems? told it is a white tip BTA.

My best guess is unhealthy H. Crispa, but there's no detail of the mouth or base, so it could maybe also be H. Magnifica or an actual BTA from what can be seen here. The tentacles are wrong for BTA, but possible. My suggestions are given in order of likelyhood FWIW.
 
Why do you say they are 100% healthy? Have you had them for a long time and seen them grow or split or something?
 
My first initial thought when I saw the pictures was that they look identical to the H. Magnifica that have been on DD lately. However looks can be deceiving and better pictures will help to positively ID.
 
A good look at the mouth will differentiate a BTA from Magnifica. These are the only tow that will split in aquarium. Most likely these are BTA
