I bought this as a Sebae, but I don't think that's what it is. The pics aren't the best, I can't seem to get a good shot.

I'm not sure. They had a tank with about 10 Sebaes in it & I just told them to give me the one with the most color (the least bleached). It wasn't until I got it in the tank that I noticed it didn't look like a Sebae.

Definatley a Heteractis sp. Like illcssd said, most likely H. crispa. Looks like it has firmly attached its pedal disc to the rock under the substrate which shows that its still healthy besides the obvious bleaching. Over time I've found that I've had good results with recovering H. crispa and H. malu from severe bleahcing. Just to let you know it will most likely start to change color to a tan/brown and increase it tenticle length along with its overall size if given proper lighting and foods. And please be aware that no anemone is naturally white even though it looks pretty. Good luck.

I don't know what species of anemone this is, but it doesn't look all that bleached to me. It apears to have some lighter colored secondary pigments, but the meat of the anemone seems to be tan and showing a realatively decent population of algae. It could stand to be a little darker, but I wouldn't consider it bleached. Not trying to start an argument. Just take a closer look at it.

I know it's bleached, but I don't think it very bad. I took the pic with the flash on & it makes it look whiter than it really is. There really isn't any white on it. The base is a pale pinkish color & the tentacles are pale pink with a pale yellow marble look. I'll try to get some better pics without the flash tonight.
