The column of your anemone does not look like a Malu column at all. Here is the column of my Malu. I personally keep three H. malu. All three have the same column, color, veracuae . They are sand bed anemone so it is difficult to see and get a good picture of a healthy Malu column. Below is the picture of the column of my purple tip H. Malu. As you can see, it is not anything like your column. I can't say I have seen a lot of Malu in person, but experience wise regarding keeping H. malu, there are few H. malu that been in captivity for 10 years like mine. BTW, my male Malu spawned again yesterday. I will need to see if my other Malu is a female. It did not spawn. I will check and see if it tart to carry live babies anemone in it in the next few days.
