It looks dyed. Perhaps Heteractis crispa (sebae). Provide bright light and regular, small feedings of squid, shrimp, silversides, etc. to try and get it to regrow the zooxanthellae (algae) that should be living in its tissue. Hopefully, this anemone will take on a brownish, tan color which indicates its populations of zooxanthellae are being recolonized. Most of this anemones nutritional needs are met by the algae that live in their tissue.

The faint bands on the tentacles tell me it is most likely H. malu. (also called sebae anemone) Care is the same as for H. crispa.

I have seen naturally colored H. malu with pink inner tentacles and yellow/white outer ones, so I it may not be dyed. It is lacking in zooxanthellae, I hope for your sake that it retains that rosy color as it regains its symbiotic algae.
