anemone id!!

I saw this picture on wikipedia. I was wondering what type of anemone it is. I hope I can host my ocellaris in them! Can someone identify the type it is? And if its hard to keep, etc....Thanks!

Without seeing the entire nem its very hard to say but I would say H. magnifica...very poor survival rate in cativity and one (if not the) most demanding host anemone to keep. Requires exceptional lighting/flow and a mature stable tank.

To add what "dalston" said...

Is this for your 12 gallon? If so, a Mag would not work at all. And IMO, any hosting anemone wouldn't be a good choice for that tank. In more so since you list your experience as "NOOBIE". Anemones are hard enough to keep for someone new to the hobby, and putting them in a small tank ---- where the water parameters can chance very quickly ---- is just making it harder.
