Anemone in trouble? see pic (help!!)

My purple tip anemone is looking bad. I am not sure if it is on its way out...

looks to me like its just getting rid of waste.. I would wait and give it a day or two. If it still haven't perked up then pick it up and give it a sniff. If it smells horrible it is dead.
