Anemone looking not good....

I went on vacation 2 weeks ago and 2 days before my Anemone started not looking happy. Well went on cruise came back and found out it split. Well its been over two weeks and both of them are still not looking good. The water is ok and nothing else in tank is acting or looking funny. I dont have any idea what it is going on. here is a pic of it...Hope someone can help me out.

Sometimes BTAs split as a last ditch effort to survive if they aren't happy. However, if it has lasted a couple weeks like that jbax may be right, they could just be healing.
