Anemone lost one tentacle

Hello everyone!
I am not expirienced with anemones, she looks healthy and have kept her for few months but just noticed yesterday she lost one tentacle which I found drifting in the tank. Is this normal? I mean can it happen time to time or should I do something about it? Thanks!
