Anemone lust

I am seriously in desperate want for an anemone for my tank, here's the issue, my tank is doing amazingly and I'm slowly filling what few spaces are left with sps, so basically what is an anemone that is not prone to moving around to much and that clowns will host ? I'd possibly even go down the path of exchanging some corals in my sandbed for a must have peice, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Anemones host clownfish, not the other way around.

You could go for a sand dwelling anemone like a LTA or a malu. Another possibility would be a magnifica which can be pinned down on top of a solitary rock. All others can pose a risk because they may start to wander around.
Even with those mentioned above you need to know what the anemones like and design a place they will like enough not to go on an exploration trip.

Thank you very much, I think I just hit a pet peeve, I knew anemones host clown fish i just wrote it wrong (facepalm).

BTW, what about adding another tank just for an anemone? No one can live with just one tank (at least I can't).

Haha I already have two, one 30 gallon cube mixed reef and one 12 gallon seahorse/ mixed reef, I'm really wanting a larger tank sometime in the future and turn the cube into an anemone only tank.

here is my bubble tip, just wish the clowns would recognize it lol, they've both been together for about 6 weeks. hopefully they eventually will find that or the leather coral i have in there.

I wouldn't risk putting any nem in a coral filled tank other than rock flowers or mini carpets.

Besides, most likely the clown fish you buy haven't seen the same documentaries or read the same books you have and could very well end up pairing up with a powerheads or something else instead of the nem in the first place.
