Anemone mouth open fell on sand

He had long tentacles for first day. Next few days only a few got kind of long. Now they and all short and it fell in the sand. Also his body foot and mouth was inflating a lot but not the tentacles. Anyone know what this means? Should I give it away?

This post is all sorts of confusing. How new is your tank? How do your water parameters look?

Check your parameters and make sure everything is ok, is the anemone white? If it is then you got a bleached anemone and it's going to take some time for it to get healthy again.....also if you just got it and you feel like you cannot nurse it back to health take it back to where you got it from
