I got a purple tip sebae and he won't attach to bottom or rocks. It's hard cuz smallest water movement effect him. Anyone has any experience with them ?
I know they need strong light but I can't put him on top cuz he can't stay :(. Please help !!

Yeah he is very healthy and eats. I mean he looks got and has no damages at all. Is it ok to turn the flow off for the whole day ? Cuz I got a HOB filter too. This is what I have.
1 Nano PW 450gph
1 Polario 4ml
1 HOB SKIMMER
1 HOB Marineland 350
1 UV 35 w
Was wondering if it's ok to shut them all of except the UV so he can find his place.

How long has the tank been set up?

What color is the anemone? He is yellowish with nice purple tip.

What size tank? 40G breeder
What lights do you have? 2 65 PC with 1 150W MH

Nitrate, Nitrite, ammonia all 0 checked few days ago (I feed once every 2 days) PH 8.4.
How long has the tank been set up? 3-4 Month
I already have a long tenticle anemone which has been there for more than a month and he is very healthy so im sure water is not the issue.

Any ideas let me know please

With that sized tank, you are most likely going to run into issues having 2 different species of anemone -- chemical warfare.

Would like to see a picture of it, yellow is not a good color for an H. crispa -- it is most likely dyed.

In aquacon has one and mine looks excatly like that. It's really yellow. I will post the picture later today . It looks very healthy. What is the chemical warfare that you are saying never heard of it before. Any link I can read up on it?

Read up on aquaCON -- stressing the "con" part. I know that picture, and I can assure you that that anemone in the picture is dyed, and it does not look healthy at all.
