anemone not doing well

Could someone offer some suggestions on my anemone problem.

it was doing great for about six months when it started to loose some of its tentacles, now it has none and is like a piece of bubble gum just sitting there.

I dont see anf fish going after it.

Do you mean it turned inside out? And what stuff came out.

It does not seem to be inside out just totaly closed up with no tentacles

Do you have a picture ? Have you added any new livestock recently ?
