Anemone not looking good!! HELP!!

I was out of town for 3 days and get home to my bubble tip anemone not looking good. Nitrates are high 40ppm and temp was up to 82F, I usually keep it around 79-80,everything else is good. Its a 55gal tank and I did a 5 gal water change.

Will the anemone be OK??? Should I change out more water?? Any other suggestions?
