Is it unhealthy for a Anemone to be long term on the side of the aquarium glass. She is hanging vertical for quite come time. Any problems with digestion or long term affects? I have moved her before but she climbs back up near the lights. I upgraded the lights today so I wonder If I should move her again or let her move on her own. Don't want her getting sunburned hehehe.

"Glass" is just another hard surface to an anemone, so there's no problem with an anemone attached to glass for an extended period. The anemone will move to where it finds the best mix of light and current. Unfortunately, that's often on a pump intake. Let your anemone move on it's own.
OTOH, if you have a large enough tank, you can create a rock "mountain" that doesn't lean against/touch the tank walls. Placing an anemone on a structure of this sort will often cause it to migrate up to near the top of the mountain, and when it can't move higher (ie, via the glass), it stops and settles in.
