Anemone only tank questions?

Currently I have a custom made 15 gallon all in one tank. It is a mixed reef with just about everything in it including a happy GBTA. The idea was running though my head to of just creating a BTA only tank with a pair of clowns and maybe a domino damsal. I was wondering what would be an ideal set up for this. I plan to get a bigger tank but it would have still be under 30 gallons so it would be allowed to fit into my dorm. My GBTA is kept under a 4-bulb 24 inch t-5 fixtures which i would like to try to keep. I was thinking about a 18 x 18 x 16 Tall tank for a total of roughly 23 gallons, enabling me to use the light I have now. I also intend to build a false wall on the back of the tank with 3 different chambers. This is how the tank i have now is set up and i figured this would be the best way to eliminate a powerhead placed in the tank itself.
If you guys have any other ideas on what i should incorporate into the tank feel free to give me any input/ideas

The plan you describe would work fine. BTAs do get big, so if you can go larger, that would be even better. I expect a 23 gallon with a BTA or two and a pair of clowns would make a very satisfying tank for you.

yea i didnt plan on having more then 3... but i figured something like this would be pretty simple yet satisfying.
