Anemone Q's

i'm getting a 40 gallon cube for sps corals and was wondering if i could put a carpet anemone in it? i have kept BTA's and LTA's so i have some experience. would they be too difficult? What is the ideal setup? Would it host an occellaris clown?
any info and tips from carpet keepers would be appreciated
