Anemone QT Lighting and Filter

I am planning to setup a 5 gallon QT/Hospital tank for my coral and anemones and need some lighting and filter advice. For the light I just need something strong enough to keep the anemone/coral alive for the QT period, I really don't wanna break the bank so price is very crucial. For the filter I just need something to keep everything stable between water changes (not sure how often I should change water) I assume with only 1 or two things in the tank at a time there shouldnt be much waste in the water since I probably won't feed during QT.

An led spot light from lowes works well enough. For flow I use a koralia power head pointed away from the anemone so it mostly gets flow that bounces off the tank walls. That and a piece of egg crate to keep the anemone away from the power head is all I use. Unless you are planning to keep it in QT long term the tank won't be cycled so adding any actual filtration is pointless IMO. I do daily 100% waterchanges.
