Anemone QT?

I'm just wondering if people QT Anemones to prevent ick and other parasites that sometimes hitchhike on corals. I know the rule is 90 days anything wet to prevent ick but anemone are 100% live tissue so the cysts can't attach right? I'm not asking this out of impatience just don't wanna put my nems through 90 days of unneeded QT.

QT is always a good idea, I would never put a coral, fish, or anemone directly into your tank. It can be very risky and can destroy your DT. I would say put him in QT for at least 1-2 months.

dont dip bta. i qt my anemone for 2-3 weeks with water change every 3-4 days to rid of anything in the water.

Agree with NYCBOB. Anemones (even BTA) are not something you dip.
