Anemone question

I have had BTA's is the past and know they attach to rocks. But what other anemones attach to rock and not have to have it's foot in sand?

no one knows what anemones are sand dwellers and what ones are rock dwellers??

Mag- Rock
LTA- Sand

BTA- Rock

Gigs typically do not bury themselves in the sand and therefore do not require a sand bed. Although they often position themselves near the rock/sand interface, their foot attaches to the rock above the sand. Also, it is not unusual for them to move higher onto the rock work.

Crispa is most often stay on the rock

And to get a little more specific:

Haddoni -- like deep sand and will bury their foot
Gigantea -- like shallow holes which could be covered with sand, but mine have always liked being in the rockwork
BTA -- like deep holes where they can hide their foot and extend out
Magnifica -- like to be high up on top of rocks (versus in the rockwork) and prefer flat surfaces where they can spread out their foot like a fried egg.

my mini maxis like both sand and rock and my sebae also can do both,i have my sebae go from sand to rock

Thanks everyone, I am looking for one that will stay in the rock as I don't think my two sand gobies w/pistols will like a nem on the sand bed by them.
