I may have missed it, but I did not see a thread in here for people to show off photos of their anemones. So I figured I'd start one off. With the new addition of my Mini-Maxi, I now have 3 small nems in my 40 gallon reef tank.

Blue Haddoni, that I gave my clowns a year but never took to it otherwise I'd still have it. Traded it away, figured that if they weren't going to be hosted by it it was not worth the fish it ate.

OK I'll play. Many here have seen mine. But it always fun to walk down memory lane. Now that I only have two tanks going one tropical reef and one cold water reef.

Both of my female clowns above are laying eggs. I think I will start to raise clowns again in a few months

Nearly 6". You can't see it well but its in the mini maxi "garden" shot. I layer over the rocks and didn't hold its own shape well.

Minh has the best clowns. Not too mention the nems

WOW!!!! how are u able to keep so many orange starfish in one tank. Lots of ppl have trouble keeping one in bigger tanks. What do you feed them? Thanks.

Lol I don't feed them. These are blood stars and a bat star. The blood stars concentrate on bacteria, algae, and detritous. The bat star ate mussels that I also used as filters. And they also liked algae and detritous and the occasional small anemone.

They are Orange Sea Star (Echinaster sp.), no? (not sure whether I can post links here, but you can look them up from from liveaquaria or google it). How long do you have them? I recently bought one myself and kind of worry that I might not be able to keep it alive long term if i don't feed it.
