Anemone split!

My RBTA split 3 days ago, 1/2 is up in the lights and looks like he's recovering fine, the other is low in the rocks and hasn't come up toward the lights and fully opened. is this normal? what is the time frame for recovery of the original and clone? when should I feed again?

I'm very new to 'nems so I'm not an expert by any means, but here is my experience when my new RBTA split:

1 up high and open, the other down and hiding in the shade: Mine did the exact same thing so I assume it's normal.

Technically they're both clones AFAIK. Mine each settled and opened within about a week. They each took a small piece of silverside at about 12 days but were quite lopsided. They're at about 3 weeks now and are starting to look much more symetrical now.

sweet, thanks for the reply. I wasn't too worried, figured they were acting normally just would like to verify from people who have gone through it.

Mine just split also about 5 days ago and the exact same thing is happening. One up high lookin good and the other under the rocks in the dark. I was kinda getting worried so I'm glad I found this post. Keep me updated with how it worked out if you would. I'll do the same.

a couple more days have past and they are in the same locations but they are both opened up and look like they are recovering fine.
