How small can an anemone be for 2 clowns to host it?

What type of clowns ( some are harder on anemones then others ) and what type of anemone?

But, I would say, without knowing the size/type of clowns, that 8 inches would be a minimum.

I have two onyx clowns that will host a small 2" nem....but this is at random since they also have a 10"+ nem the are hosted majority of the time as well as a little 3".
