i wouldnt think so, generally speaking. it really depends on each individual case, though. the clam would probably be retracted if it were irritated. there was a pic a while back where the nem was attached to the clam shell and neither seemed worse for the wear.
yeah it really depends but anytime a coral or anemone overlaps with another coral there is almost always some sort of stinging or chemical warfare going on. if there are no ill effects then no worries just keep an eye on it.
It may not look like it at first, but if the anemone is healthy (i.e. it can fire nematocysts), then the clam will eventually (or sooner, depending upon the type) develop lesions.
