Anemone vs Koralia + milky substance

I have 2 BTAs in my 55 Hex. Theyve been there for over a month now. Both have moved a lot in the past week and last night one moved very far to get caught in my Koralia 2 powerhead. I turned off the powerhead and pulled what is left of him out of it (don't know for sure, but at the moment looks like 25% of him got messed up, almost right up to the mouth...foot wasnt damaged). He's bleaching himself, I can see the stuff comin outta the tips of his tentacles, but he's still opened up (not too open) and SEEMS healthy for a anemone that ran into a powerhead, but I guess we'll see. The weird thing is that about 30 minutes ago, my other BTA started spewing some milky stuff out of his mouth, which I am guessing means it is trying to spawn. Looks white and from what I know, this isn't bleaching, but maybe I'm wrong. It seems oddly peculiar that it would do this at the exact same time as the other anemone problem, so I'm guessing that they are connected, but I don't know how or why. If it is spawning, usually it will continue for some time and I will have to do a large water change (30-40%), correct? how soon does this water change need to be done? I just did a water change this last weekend so I don't have a batch ready-made just yet.

thanks

well, I moved the one that got stuck in the powerhead so i could turn the powerhead back on, and both anemones are deflated. Also, I can now see that the one that got stuck in the powerhead didn't lose much mass (maybe just the tips of a couple tentacles) other than that he looks like he just needs some time, light and some iodine. I'm still confused why the other anemone decided to pour out its stuff. If it is stressed out, I have no idea why, as my params yesterday were very good. I'm testing the params right now.
