I don't know much at all about nems.. so I can't answer your question... it looks healthy overall... not sure what is going in with it though...

I'm sure a more knowledgeable person will pop in... what are your water Peramiters and can you give us some details in your tank
Ro/di water?
Other live stock in the tank as well

What kind of crab is that? I like the looks of it.

I hope everything is ok with your nem

And how old is your tank?
Looks pretty new... I know they recommend a tank be 6 months to a year old before you put a nem in there

The tank has been running 2 months. I have it professionally Maintananced because I've put so much money in. I do the weekly stuff myself
But water changes are done professionally
It has been in the tank for a month

Hmmm... how is it doing now?
I wish I had some answers for ya.. but I've asked most the questions the more knowledgeable people here will need to know to give you some good advice...

I think I need to hire someone to come scrub my rocks for me... damn gha

TBH the nem is probably a goner, IMHO your tank is to young and needs time to "settle in" before you try again. and yes that is a aiptasia on the big rock, at least 2 of them

Is aiptasia a bad thing?

They are more of a pest than anything...
They are little anemones that reproduce quite frequently and spread through out your tank.. a peppermint shrimp may eat them...it's hit or miss.. some do .. others (like mine) won't touch them

More than likely it is puking it's guts out (litterally) along with its Zooxanthellae..
The tank being young.. the water chemistry isn't stable enough to support the anemone...
If you do a search on the forums about is anemone dieing?
It will pop up alot of post of very similar casualties due to a young tank.. I've read a few that go pretty in depth of why...and what causes it..

I just recently got a rose bubble tip and a long tentical anemone for my tank... the rose is still hidden in the rock work.. I've had her for about 2 months now... my LTA is happy and hosting my female clown.. I've had it about a month
My Rbta is about 3 inch diameter
My LTA is about 9 inch diameter
My tank has been up just system of a year

Usually when they start turning their mouths inside out like that it's a bad sign but keep your water stable and try to ride it out keep us posted
