Anemones acting funny

I have two rose bulb anemones. I upgraded to two kessil 160we and they seem to be hiding one went to the top,corner of the tank the other went inside rock. Think they are hiding because the intenstivity of the light? I used brs light schedule on his YouTube.

Were you able to take PAR readings of the old and new lights, they should be matched closely. It seems clear that you are either giving them higher intensity light or a longer duration of light with the new fixtures.

Anemones can act weird to a change in light. Try turning down the intensity a little

Do not have a par reader. I will turn down and see how it reacts tomorrow
