So right now i have a condy anenome in my 90g mixed reef and it annoys the crap out of me moving around and bothering my coral! But, my wife picked it out and she loves it so i cant just get rid of it so im setting her up an anenome only tank. Is there any other type of anenome i can put in a tank with condys? bta? carpet? curly q's? Also thinking about putting some common mushrooms or feather dusters in? Any fish besides clowns that wont get eaten? Thanks!!

Condylactis anemones are not host anemones. You may or may not get one to host your clowns.

It isn't recommended to keep or house more than one anemone species do to chemical warfare between various species. Some may just never settle in, while others may target the other species to sting it and kill (I had a haddoni do that to an LTA).
