I've had my LTA(corkscrew) and sebae for about 3 years now.
Lighting is custom sealife dual compacts, 1 10000k 96 and 1 ultra-actinic 96
They were both about 3 or 4" in diameter and now both are 12"
They are as beautiful and healthy as can be.
I am told that I am the exception to the rule.
I see most people w/ anemones have halides, and that is probably the safest route.
My sebae is on the top of LR and LTA about the middle, both haven't moved in years.
I've had clowns taking care of both, spitting food into both anemones and I think this makes a big difference.
I'm not promoting the lower light, and do plan on halides soon for them and other corals I want. This is just my exp.
