I have done some reading and Bubble Anemone seems to be an easy one to have, I know that they need good lighting and hand feeding 1-2 times a week...do you think is sutible for me? I think it would be cool to have my clowns hosting in an anemone, but I have also heard they host in frogspawn....anyone had this happen? LMK what you think! TIA tell me the truth yeay or ney :)

BTA's are very hardy if you have good lighting, I feed mine about three times a week a mix of things, So if your up for that then your certainly ready for one. But my clowns host in everything they can, they host my anemones, frogspawn, anchor coral, big toadstool leather, torch coral.

But oddly enough they never hosted anything till they had an anemone hmmmmmm.........

wow thats sweet yeah I will look in to that lol I dont plan on gettn it for awhile tho like about a month or so....just wanted to get some input :) thanks breutus!

I personally never had any luck with bubble tips. They just don't seem happy in my set up and decline fairly quickly. I did get a long tentacle from a friend and it has done wonderful in my tank and is hosting my clowns.

I have 6 GBTAs they are splitting in half about every 6 months. They seem to be very easy to keep. My clowns go between my anemones and a hammer coral that I have.

Salty, I'd probably wait another 3 - 6 months or so until you have a more mature tank before getting a BTA. They are fairly easy with decent water quality, but with a newer tank and less experience--things can go down hill very quickly.

I have kept two bubble tips one in each tank, my pair of true percs host the one in their tank but my tomato clown in the other tank hosts my giant frilly mushroom instead
