I'm guessing that's not VHO lighting. I'm still learning a good deal about anemonies, but I believe Sebae are some of the more light demanding, not to mention actinic lighting are not going to be nearly as bright as full spectrum lighting, so I can't imagine you're going to have enough lighting no matter what size tank you have. Many people say you need to have metal halide lighting, but you probably at least want VHO or T-5 HO with individual reflectors. You're probably not going to want to go with all actinic either. Although it's good to have some lights in that spectrum, you'll want some full spectrum lighting as well. If you want to keep the tank looking really blue, just go for the higher kelvin bulbs. 14,000K looks pretty blue, but it hits the other parts of the spectrum as well.
