Angel Fish Being Weird

Hi, Everyone.

I have a fireball angel in a QT tank and he's doing well, eating, and he eats every day like a fatty.

Over the weekend I won a soft-coral mixed reef rock and had no place to put it, so I put it in my QT tank because the water quality is great and the lighting is fine for basic corals.

Every since then I noticed my angel hanging out near the top when he gets scared. He's usually not afraid of me at all.

Could he just be weirded out by the new addition? Maybe I'm a paranoid father?

IMO, give him some time as you basically added something new to his home and he is trying to figure out what it was. Also make sure water parameters are good (especially ammonia). Also what kind of water movement you have in the tank?

I have the Seneye so it has real time ammonia monitoring. Not much flow, just from the return pump. It's a Nano 10 gallon.
