Angel Reef

I'm sorry for you loss. Nice to see you got your motivation back. Any pictures of the reef restoration you were doing?

That is heartbreaking stuff. I have been there and it is not a nice place to be..
We put so much emotional energy into caring for these animals- whether they are fish or coral. When they flourish, we are better, happier people but when they die, a little bit of our own hope and well being goes too..
This is a normal human reaction. You are human! Thats a good thing! :)
I hope you try again. You are a responsible and caring steward of the animals you keep.
You will feel fulfilled again when your new charges flourish!

Sad news. I'm glad you are going to keep on with it though. I am looking forward to seeing pics of the coral farming you did recently and I'm glad that kept you motivated to continue on with your reef.

So sorry too buddy:(
Conspic is one of my favorite fish too.

Really glad you found your motivation back:beer:
We show how much we love our hobby, when we never give up after a misfortune happens.

Loss is hard in this hobby, more so with regards to our love of the life we keep and The way we do our best to safe guard our stock and still suffer loss from time to time. Mother Nature can be a tough mistress.

If it's any consolation a good friend of mine lost a conspic some years ago, he then upgraded his aquarium but lost all his stock 24 hours before the change over due to equipment failure in his 400 gallon holding tanks.

Lots of previous fish were lost but with a heavy heart he carried on, he now has a wonderful reef aquarium once more . Keep your chin up and fight on.

Thanks all for the encouraging words, spent most of this weekend collecting frags did a wc and took an iPhone pic. Tank turns 6 months this week.

Off to a great start, only 1 lonely fish?

Thanks, 2 the multibar and a mandarin, need to wait for fish I want to be available then qt, I do have something in qt but it's bad luck to take photos actually already mentioned too much hope the Reefing gods don't punish me.
