Angelfish and copper

Other than the normal arguements for not using copper, has anyone ever heard that copper is bad for Angelfish?

I bought a potter's angel and last night I started running copper as a preventative measure. The calculated dosage for my qt tank was 31.25ml of the copper product that I purchased. I added 26ml instead of the full dosage. Will this be ok?

Actually, that general statement is true. It was directly mostly towards the dwarf marine angelfishes.

The old copper medications and even the newer chelated copper medications are not recommended for most marine anglefishes.

However, the latest in technology does allow the use of such copper medications, such as Cupramine, for not only angelfishes, but even other fishes that were totally adversely affected by copper.
