another broken "c" clamp for 6045

hello again , you guys sent me a replacement for one of my two 6045's and today i came home to find the other one broke as well.
please send another clamp and by the way.......is there some trick to getting the shroud to stay on the base?

i just wanted to say "thank you very much" i received both the "c" clip and a new shroud, once again tunze's rocks when it comes to customer service.
