Another Controller Thread: Leave your review

I wanted to get your recommendations on which controller I should get. Obviously I want the one that is most economical but has the features I need.

What I need:
Web access and controllability
Text message/Email me if something is out of whack
Soft start or Tunze control
Best ATO feature
Ability to control multiple tanks

I know there have been comparison threads in the past, I searched, but could not find a good one. I checked aquariumcontrollers.com but it seems outdated.

Please leave your suggestions/reviews on Reef Keeper, Proflux, AC3 or lighthouse.

Thanks!

I have the Profilux controller and really like it and it has the features you listed. I only use it for lighting, monitoring ph, temp, and water level for pump shut-off currently, but I am getting ready to switch my Tunze osmolator over to the profilux.

I wouls suggest spending a lot of time on the vendor forums. I spend a lot on them reading on problems, support, both positive and negative feedback, etc. before making my decision. Although I have never used any other controller I am happy with the Profilux so far.

I can not answer the Internet question at this time.

But Profilux team are promising very big things for the new P3 and PC software coming out.

So far they are keeping their promises with the add-ons.

AS of right now Profilux Controllers are the only ones that I know of, that will have these devices hook up and data logging.
Making decisions base on the data that is collecting.

1) Apogee Quantum PAR Sensor.
2) Flow Meter.
3) Current Sensing.
4) Dimmable socket.

You can check my thread how they are going to work.
I am planning very detail instruction, how this can be done, with what to buy and how to configure the software.
I have started ordering a lot of the parts I would need to start this project.

You guys are going to be please with it.
