Another Emergency

I just accidentally overfed about two coke bottle capfuls of pellets to my macroalgae 10gal tank.

The water is slightly cloudy and there are very very small bits of oil on the surface. I can;t do a w/c right now. I don;t have a skimmer. I have a damsel, a CUC and a mantis shrimp. Luckily my tank has lots of macroalgae and a HOB filter rated for a 40 gallon tank. Do you think it'll pull through?

Can you siphon the pellets out? You need to do a waterchange, maybe run some carbon.
