Another feather duster or tube worm?

I bought like 5 lbs of live rock from the LFS because I wanted more rock and it was like 3.99/lb. So I get up this morning and on the bottom of one I saw something and flipped the rock over.

Is this a feather duster or tube worm thing. I have looked at Lion's and can not pin it down

Just curious if needs removed or if I can flip the rock back over and leave him? If he is okay to stay, can I move him, he lives in a hole, how could you do this.

Sorry I have some many IDs and questions on here, just learning. I really do a lot of googling before asking but sometimes nothing looks right and don't always trust myself.

Thanks

Thanks cloak, I appreciate it. Now to figure out how to place the rock so I can see it and use some of it for my coral frags.

nice hitchhiker! don't try to move it from the rock. if they are disturbed, it's very possible the worm will leave the tube and you'll never see it again.
